Fast.
Why am I doing this?
I exercise 50 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
but I eat too much .
= pointless
Recently I ate trash food often.
I felt guilty for my stmach getting tired.
(+ also I want to lose weigh little)
So I decided to stop eating for 36 h.
until now I havent been eating for 20 h.
In the morning, around 9 am,
I felt so hungry.
and 11am. Hunger, Hunger, Hunger!!!
but now, Im so fine.
Not hungry anymore.

To success 36 h fast!
